Become an environmental scientist on
Program Summary:
Campers will
spend each morning exploring the human and natural history of
Typical Day:
8:30-9:00am
Warm-up
activity and discussion laying out the day’s schedule and objectives.
9:15am-12:15pm Board M/V Haendel. Over the course of the cruise, we’ll
likely
·
visit several points
on the lake, for water and biological testing, etc.
·
stop at a shoreline location to
stretch legs, etc.
·
have a mid-morning snack (bathroom is
available on-board.)
12:00-12:15pm
Wrap-up and planning for tomorrow.
12:15-12:30pm Campers are picked up.
Location: Depending on the session, we will launch
from the Ithaca Farmers’ Market, or from Cornell’s East Shore
Sailing Marina on

Entering
5th grade or above.
Program Fee:
$200
(Scholarships are available on a needs-based scale.)
